12&14 JAUNPUR CRESCENT BROADMEADOWS - SUN, VIEWS, SOLAR, STYLISH & CRAFTED.
We have created 8 beautiful homes. Keep in the loop with Facebook or Instagram. Now built to the New Foundation Standards, which mean the homes will withstand much larger earthquakes and still look fantastic. Ask us about the foundation details.
We have added solar panels and batteries to the latest new homes, so along with your power point ready to charge your electric car, you will have everything you need to take you into the future at no or very low cost. These homes are easy care, low maintenance, with views to die for. Spend your money on a high-quality build and not your electric bills.
These homes are for sale in Broadmeadows between Khandallah and Johnsonville in Wellington. With all year, and all day sun, along with beautiful views, you could find your new home with us.
A new house is superior to the old stock around Wellington. Live a life in a low-maintenance property, and be warm in an easy-to-heat home. Warranties are typically 15 - 25 years on the claddings we use. The type of materials means you don't have painting to do every 5- 10 years.
We recommend you give us a call if you are interested and discuss any financing needs with Orange Network Mortgage Brokers.
